All of our puppies are from private breeders. Every Breeder is USDA licensed with no infractions over the last three years. We buy from professional and regulated breeders.We are licensed in palm beach county and our store is inspected regularly by Animal control.

We opened our store in 2010 as a family business. We love what we do and have plans for a very long future.

HOW OLD ARE YOUR PUPPIES?

Our puppies vary in age but we never have a puppy under 8 weeks of age.

CAN I SPECIAL ORDER A PUPPY?

If there is a puppy that we do not have in our store we can special order it for you from one of our reputable breeders.

DO YOU OFFER FINANCING?

We offer financing through WAGS Financing. You can fill out the application on our website or come into the store and we can walk you through the process.

DO YOUR PUPPIES HAVE THEIR SHOTS?

All our puppies vaccinations are up to date. Our Vet visits our store weekly and sees our puppies and ensures their overall good health. All vaccinations are done at our store with proper paperwork that accompanies each puppy to their new family home.

DO YOU HAVE GROOMING?

We have Bark Avenue Grooming within our store. We groom Monday through Saturday. Please call to set up an appointment in our grooming shop.

One of the hardest things in the world is leaving your puppy at home when you have to go out into the world! Often, your absence can leave your puppy stressed out and anxious. Below we have some helpful hints on how to make it easier on your pup when you leave for the day.

Desensitize

To ease your puppy into understanding that sometimes you have to leave them, you can slowly desensitize them by leaving for short periods of time. Start off with just leaving them alone for 10 minutes, either by leaving the house or just going into another room. Gradually, increase the time you’re away, so that they get used to you being gone for longer periods of time.

Calm & Soothe

It’s also a good idea to not make leaving a stressful, exciting situation. Some experts suggest ignoring your puppy for 10 to 20 minutes before you leave the house. And when you do leave, you can either say a few calm words, or leave without saying anything at all. Soon, your puppy will learn that you leaving is no big deal.

You can play soothing music for your pup while you’re away to help them cope with your absence. A few drops of Bach flower essence in your puppy’s water is also a good way to invoke calm feelings throughout the day.

Routine

A puppy does best when they have a set schedule when it comes to feeding, potty time, and when you leave the house. A predictable routine allows your puppy to know what is coming next so that they don’t become anxious.

Distract

Another way to help your puppy’s anxiety when you leave is by offering some fun distractions. Before you leave the house, give your pup a puzzle toy filled with treats. That way they will be focused on those tasty nibbles, rather than the fact that you’re heading for the door.
